Sibal is a foundation that is concerned with studies of administrative, academic, and technological issues. It also cares for holding exhibitions, conferences, and seminars for the academic and vocational sectors, in addition to sectors of services and products.

We hold a message for positive change, scientific research professionalism, and investigating reality by providing solutions through expertise, multiple parties, experts, consultants, academicians, and professionals who believe in active change that creates opportunities and alternatives for sustainability.

Our Role:

We start our role through research services and specialized scientific studies, SIBAL determines and explains the status of the targeted situation to specify the needs and to exhibit weak aspects that can be addressed to achieve development via consultation procedures.

At this exploratory stage, the gaps are identified in the form of specific goals, targeted tools and obvious indicators in the sectors of education, training, and professional operating in accordance with a plan of priorities, implementation possibilities, and achievement requirements.

The second stage contains organizing and administering activities that help to achieve the objectives of the stage as manifested in partnership, seminars, specialized meetings, providing needs, data, and teamwork of specialized technicians, in addition to follow-up and project evaluation activities, drafting the follow-up reports, besides specialized consultation and administrative services.

The last stage involves following up and applying the results through official channels and various concerned parties to achieve substantially, objectives to be strategic future programs and ensure the participation of all parties in the sector.
